1. Eligibility for Returns:
   We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer returns for the following reasons:

• Shipment arrives damaged
• Defective item(s)
• Wrong product sent

Please note that digital goods, such as PDF downloads, are ineligible for refunds.

1. Timeframe for Returns:
   You have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us at support@fridayafternoons.co regarding any issues mentioned above.
2. Return Conditions:
   To qualify for a refund, the returned merchandise must be in resalable condition. Opened, used, or damaged merchandise will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, please be aware that all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee per item. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
